They couldn't find my reservation again. This is the second time this has happened and it has been a really long time since the first time it happened. Fortunately, they recognized me and i had the confirmation email on my phone so they were able to clear up whatever the issue was.

I was charged $140 when it was only $85. I don’t think fees and taxes are more than $30? I also never received a copy of my receipt

I've stayed here twice now. The first time they couldn't find my reservation because they had dayuse in a different place and the cleaning staff came by to see if I vacated the room within an hour of checking in. The second time they found my reservation right away and quickly checked me in and there were no interruptions by the cleaning staff. I plan many returns.
